We manufacture both double-door vertical systems (MV and MC) and horizontal systems with trolleys (MO).
Possibility of automation by means a Robot for loading / unloading satellites, bars or pieces.
Standard or Pulsed DC Sputtering power supplies (from 20 kW and 60 kW), Cryogenic System, PECVD and many other accessories are available.
