The Applications
PVD treatments allow you to coat objects of various shapes and materials, for both decorative and technical purposes, giving them a metallic effect and greater resistance.
Through Thermal Evaporation of aluminum it is possible to obtain objects with reflective "mirror" surfaces, which can then be coated with a transparent protective layer or with colored paint.
The metallized surfaces of objects with more functional purposes (automotive, lighting) are instead coated with HMDSO through PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) increasing their resistance and durability over time.
Sputtering technology allows to obtain a very wide range of colors and high resistance, thanks to the possibility of obtaining higher thicknesses and the use of several different targets (materials to be deposited) at the same time.
